Shipping
Orders placed before 4pm IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Metro cities typically receive parcels in 2–3 days and the rest of India in 4–6 days. Shipping is free over ₹249; below that a flat ₹99 applies. Every order ships with tracking.
Returns
You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to start the return; we arrange pickup where the courier supports it. Refunds reach the original payment method 5–7 working days after the product passes inspection.
Warranty
Six months against manufacturing defects. If the braid fails, a connector comes loose or charging stops working under normal use, we replace the cable. Physical damage, liquid damage and chewing are not covered.
Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
